K. Stephen Carter has been the Executive Director at the Cultural Center since September 2014.  Prior to that he was active on the Cultural Center Board of Directors and with a variety of different activities at the facility.  In addition to the Center, Mr. Carter is currently involved with Charlotte Harbor Rotary, Team Parkside, the Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee, and the Salvation Army.
